I’m Darby-Olene ❤ In a quest to live a happier, balanced and healthier life I went from being a long time Vegetarian to simply Wholefoods Plant-based living, aka Vegan.
The thing is, there are loads of unhealthy vegetarians AND vegans everywhere who consume just as much sugar, carbohydrates and processed foods as meat eaters. The key is the “Whole Foods” part. We eat as simply and close to the earth as possible.
This blog is a place for my personal recipes and stories about my life: my 5 sons, my husband, my crafts, my memories and maybe a recipe book further down the road.
